Together we will explore creative ways to make positive changes based on your vision for your health, career, and life. With an emphasis on your strengths, we will explore and plan creative ways to promote your well-being. I will support you on your journey to better health by harnessing your inner motivation. My vision of health is very broad—we can focus on any topics related to your wellness path, whether personal or professional, physical or emotional.

Coaching offerings:

Visioning session (50 min)

Envision yourself in the future living your ideal life. Explore what you want in your life in relation to your physical or mental health, relationships, work, environment, and anything else relating to your wellness. We will enter into that space of possibility—exploring *what* you want in the future. We will let go of thinking about any limitations or constraints and let go of planning about *how* you’re going to get there.

Ongoing coaching session (50 min)

Once you craft specific long-term goals (three months or greater), which are the steps to your broad wellness vision, we will focus on your shorter-term goals (one to two weeks). Highlighting your values and strengths, you will design short-term goals, which are the steps to reach your long-term goals. Each session will largely be focused on one of your short-term goals.

Relaxation visioning session (50 min)

I will invite you to take some time to slow down, connect with your body, and release any heavy or stuck energy. We will spend some time talking about your vision for embracing calm and anything else that you hope for in your future. I will guide you through a meditation to support the release of any fear, grief, loss, or tension and invite in hope, confidence, relaxation, and your vision.

Preconception visioning session (50 min)

I will invite you to take some time to slow down, connect with your body, and release any heavy or stuck energy. We will spend some time talking about your vision for your future desire to get pregnant, and I will guide you through a meditation to support the release of any fear, grief, loss, or tension and invite in hope, confidence, relaxation, and your vision.

Prenatal visioning session (50 min)

I will invite you to take some time to slow down, connect with your body, and release any heavy or stuck energy. We will spend some time talking about your vision for the rest of your pregnancy, upcoming birth, and future vision of parenthood. I will guide you through a meditation to support the release of any fear, grief, loss, or tension and invite in hope, confidence, relaxation, and your vision.

As a health coach, I will empower you to:

  • identify and express your values, strengths, and personal vision for wellness
  • set specific health, personal, or career goals 
  • explore steps to reach those goals
  • develop tools to maintain positive changes
  • acquire resources to become your own health advocate and coach
  • navigate your specific health concerns, with the option of me consulting directly with your healthcare provider if desire

I will maintain a confidential, non-judgmental space of empathy, optimism, and collaboration.

My experience and special areas of interest:

  • training in scientific research
  • healing from grief and trauma (both physical and emotional trauma)
  • parenting and balancing career/wellness
  • movement-based practices, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, compassion, and gentle, effective communication
  • functional health
  • positive psychology

Other topics of exploration may include:

healthy nutrition, sleep, stress reduction, mental health, physical fitness, women’s health issues, fertility, prenatal and postpartum health, attachment/gentle parenting, productivity, health advocacy

Scheduling:

I conduct meetings through Zoom video conferencing; telephone and other methods of communication may also be available, depending on your needs. Your coaching schedule and commitment will be decided together based on individual circumstances. Many clients see benefits if they commit to 2-4 sessions per month for three months. For your initial consultation, please select “free initial consultation” above. In the future, I will be offering individual coaching packages, discounts, group coaching, and workshops.
